ARTICLE 1 – PREAMBLE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Meravela (hereinafter the “Seller”) to non-professional buyers (hereinafter the “Customer”) desiring to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller on the website Meravela.
By placing an order on the site, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
The products governed by these Terms are those which appear on the Seller’s website. They are offered within the limits of available stocks. The Seller describes and presents the products with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, the Seller’s liability cannot be engaged. Photographs of the products are not contractual.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICING AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the Customer.
3.1 Customs Duties and Import Taxes (DDP)
Meravela operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that Meravela assumes full responsibility for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees associated with shipping to the Customer’s country. The price displayed at checkout is final; the Customer will not be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (business days) following the confirmation of payment. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order or who presents a risk of fraud.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Secure payments are processed via the following providers:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Klarna
The Seller does not hold the Customer’s full banking details. Transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
ARTICLE 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 6.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping is free of charge worldwide.
6.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. The estimated delivery time is generally between 2 to 10 business days after the order has been dispatched. Meravela cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes or force majeure events.

ARTICLE 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Seller, in the process of selling online, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for damages resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, break in service, or other involuntary problems.
ARTICLE 9 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valais, Switzerland.
